What we check

How your quote is put together

These are the things we look at before we reply with one clear price. The more of them you cover, the fewer questions we need to text you.

  • Items and quantities

    Product names, article numbers, links or a screenshot of your order tell us what’s in the boxes and how many.

  • Condition

    New in the box, partly assembled, or already built and needing disassembly first — each is a different job.

  • Access

    Stairs, lifts, parking and where the furniture is going. A line in the notes is enough.

  • Anchoring and add-ons

    Tall units are anchored where the manufacturer’s instructions require it. Packaging removal and disassembly of old furniture go into your quote when you tick them.

Questions about quoting

I don’t know the article number. What should I send?

The product name and where you bought it is enough — for example “IKEA MALM chest of drawers” or “Fantastic Furniture queen bed frame”. A screenshot of your order confirmation or a photo of the label on the box covers it too.

Can I text you instead of filling in the form?

Yes. Text a photo of the box or a screenshot of your order to 0432 470 313, or message us on WhatsApp. Add your suburb and postcode and we’ll quote from there.

What happens after I press send?

We check the items, quantities and access, then send you one clear price within 24 hours. If something needs clarifying first, we’ll text or call. There’s no obligation.

Do you quote outside Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth?

Yes. Choose Melbourne or “Other (Australia)” and add your suburb and postcode. We have assemblers in other cities and will tell you within 24 hours whether we can get to you.

Are wall anchoring and packaging removal included?

Tall units are anchored to the wall where the manufacturer’s instructions require it. If you’d like other pieces secured to the wall, the packaging taken away or old furniture dismantled, tick them under add-ons and we’ll include them in your quote.

Do you quote for offices and businesses?

Yes. Desks, workstations, shelving and storage for offices, shops and rentals go through the same form. Add the site address and any access details in the notes, along with your preferred days and times, and we’ll confirm them with your quote.
